The Lumberjack Work Weekend is September 28-30

Another great summer almost wrapped up but we’re not done yet, we need your help! It’s refreshing to spend a weekend at camp. You’ll meet fun co-workers, feast on delicious camp meals, and enjoy the waves lapping on the shore. Most importantly – many hands make light work. Help split firewood for the upcoming winter season and make sure camp is properly put away for the winter. While some buildings stay open all year, the Wakeyas, Yurts, Rustic campground and other spots need to be put to sleep so that they stay clean for next summer.Plan to arrive Friday evening (7:30 pm or after) for fellowship and settling in; the first meal served will be Saturday breakfast. We stay through Sunday lunch, with a short time of worship on Sunday morning. Bring a warm sleeping bag, your personal items, and work clothes.
