If you have ever stared in awe of the beauty of Pictured Rocks or Isle Royale in Michigan, you know how excited we are for our campers to visit these places on out-trips this summer on the Isle Royale Expedition and the Upper Peninsula Expedition to Pictured Rocks. Entrance is FREE from April 16-24, 2011 at more than 100 locations that normally charge fees, including Isle Royale National Park and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Michigan.
Special events are planned just for this week. The National Park Service has provided a directory of events. Also, you can read more specific information about the National Park Service in Michigan, including details about the following locations:
***Activity: Visit your nearest national park, of course! Enjoy the view!
