Happy Birthday, John Muir!

If John Muir were alive, we would sing the camp birthday song to him. The song encourages the one celebrating a birthday, if they wish to do so, to run into the lake at the end of the song. Imagine 100 fellow friends standing on the lakeshore singing a song just for you and cheering to celebrate under the summer sun in a crystal-clear lake. We have no doubt John Muir would have jumped in the lake. It’s one unforgettable way to celebrate a birthday. ***Activity: Plant a flower or count how many flowers you see on a walk.
